"Leather & Lace" party and
birthday party for Pam White and Angela Jones, just two days after arriving in
Oregon. The best party that I've ever had the pleasure of attending. That's me
in the back walking back from the hot tub where Angela and I took a liking to each other.
She gave me a luscious kiss, took me home, and kept me. I moved into her
apartment the next day and we lived together for over almost three years, including an
adventure in South Texas.

Oregon Country Fair. Great
entertainment and food, and a throng of smiling, stoned, half-naked people among the woods
and semi-permanent structures. A little time and place of frolic and freedom.
They had to crack down on nudity and the open use of drugs because they were threatened
with land forfeiture.
